To Do: More Southern Hospitality, Then Home

After a gig at Carmichael’s tonight in Louisville, I’m heading for a stop at the Garden District Book Shop, and I can’t wait to be in New Orleans again. We had such a wonderful time at the IACP conference back in April.

This weekend I’ll be at the Bookmarks Book Festival in Winston-Salem for a reading and recipe demo, then it’s back to Seattle for an event at Third Place Books in Lake Forest Park, noted HERE in the Seattle Weekly.

I’m also very excited to mention that the paperback is featured in the Borders book club this month. Check out the picks HERE. I’m reading Diane Ackerman’s The Zookeeper’s Wife now, and I feel honored to be in such great company.
