I get a lot of random mail from being a member of the food writers section of the IACP. Offers for hot sauce samples, press releases about culinary tours and recipes cards from the Rice Federation, that sort of thing. This morning, though, I got one that genuinely caught my attention. This may not have been what I was looking for right before lunch.
